LUSTR OPEN CALL 2026
The exhibited work is a hand-drawn Tarot deck of the Major Arcana — 22 cards conceived as a fully independent, author-driven project. The series was never made on commission. The second-hand shop youmee.market came on board at my request, covering only the material costs for an edition of 55 copies, which were displayed and sold in their shop.
At the heart of the exhibition is a single card blown up to scale 33:1 — an unknown card showing the back of the deck. It bears cryptic numerals whose meaning has so far resisted decoding. Produced as a large-format print and mounted on board, it anchors the room (Point ❶).
Alongside it hang eight Risograph prints in A3 portrait format, each one a selected card from the deck — three of which are included in the work samples submitted here (Point ❷).
